Our Mission
My mission is to learn the art of blacksmithing by creating pieces that are inspired by nature…and to have fun doing it…and to poke fun at ourselves on the website. One day I may monetize this hobby into a business, but currently this a learning experience and the way to relax. Occasionally I will bring pieces that are for sell to Bear Hardware in Nashville, Indiana. I also will hang pieces around our village of Nashville for residents and visitors alike to take and enjoy for free. Our History
I first learned some basic blacksmithing in Georgia in the mid 1980’s. I recently returned to this craft after moving to Nashville, Indiana. After setting up the forge in 2020, I began re-learning the basic skills and started crafting pieces with various nature-inspired motifs.
